1. Working Principle
The working principle of the IEC60884-1 high temperature pressure test apparatus is to test the high temperature resistance of the sample by applying a certain pressure to the sample in a high temperature environment. Specifically, the device uses a 0.7mm thick round or rectangular blade to apply a certain gravity to the sample in a high temperature environment, and measures the indentation depth after the test, so as to achieve the purpose of testing the high temperature resistance of the sample.
2. Structure:
The IEC60884-1 high temperature pressure test device usually consists of a hardness test frame, a round blade and a rectangular blade, and a load weight. The device has two stations and can use a 2.5N weight for testing.
3. Application Field and Standards of test equipment
The high temperature pressure testing machine complies with the requirements of clause 30.1 and Figure 41 of GB2099.1-2008 and clause 30.1 of IEC60884-1-2002, and is mainly used to test the performance of the material of the plug insulation sheath under high temperature pressure. In addition, the device is also suitable for testing plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes to ensure their stability and reliability under different environmental conditions.
These tests ensure that wires, cables and their accessories can maintain good performance in high temperature and pressure environments, thereby improving product reliability and safety.
