IEC62262 IK07 to IK10 Pendulum and Vertical Impact Test Apparatus (2 in 1)

2. Introduction
The IK mechanical impact test apparatus is designed according to IEC60068-2-75 Test Eha and Test Ehc, and can meet the requirement of IEC62262, IEC60598, EN50102, GB2423.55-2006, GB20138-2006 and etc. It is apply to sheet metal, household appliance, luminaire and etc. for mechanical impact testing. The device can be adjusted back and forward, left and right, and the angle also can be adjusted. The IK mechanical impact test apparatus can simultaneously realize pendulum impact test and vertical impact test from IK07 to IK10 and ball impact test (Φ50mm and Φ100mm). The pendulum adopts swing pipe. The vertical impact and ball impact tests adopts electromagnetic release to ensure the hammer vertical fall down and ball Instantaneous fall. The test apparatus can move left and right back and forth, adjustable up and down, and the impact angle is adjustable.
Working principle: The sample is placed normally, the impact point is adjusted, the impact device is positioned, and release the hammer to freely impact the sample.
