Introduction

IPX5 and IPX6 Jet Nozzles Water Jetproof Testing Equipment is designed according to IEC60529 clause 14.2.5 and 14.2.6. Also known as hose nozzles, this equipment simulates water jets and powerful water jets conditions for testing electronic products, luminaires, electric components, motors, and household appliances. The test helps evaluate product performance and provides valuable data for design improvement and inspection.

This open-type equipment has no size or weight limitations for the device under test. The system consists of a control box, turntable, jet nozzles (6.3mm and 12.5mm diameter), and nozzle holder. The control box includes a built-in 550L water tank, and test distance is manually controlled.

  • IPX5 Testing: Uses 6.3mm nozzle with 12.5L/min flow rate, minimum 3 minutes test time (1min/m²), at 2.5m-3m distance
  • IPX6 Testing: Uses 12.5mm nozzle with 100L/min flow rate, minimum 3 minutes test time (1min/m²), at 2.5m-3m distance

Can the water be recycled?
No, this open-type equipment doesn't recycle water. We offer chamber-type equipment with water recycling as an alternative.
