The IPX1-2 Vertical Rain Drip Box Waterproof Testing Equipment is engineered in compliance with IEC60529 clause 14.2.1 and 14.2.2 standards. This equipment simulates vertical dripping and 15-degree tilted dripping conditions to verify whether electronic products, luminaires, electric components, auto parts, and other devices meet waterproof protection requirements.
This open-type testing equipment offers flexible compatibility, accommodates samples of various sizes without restrictions, and supports live testing capabilities for comprehensive product evaluation.
Equipment Components and Features
  • Drip Box System: Features a 20×20mm matrix arrangement with multiple Φ0.4mm nozzles. The brass nozzle base ensures easy assembly and disassembly. Includes air compressor connection for draining residual water after testing, significantly extending nozzle service life.
  • Turntable Assembly: Constructed from durable SUS304 stainless steel with standard load capacity of ≤50kg (customizable options available). Stepper motor-controlled for consistent 1r/min rotation speed. Equipped with positioning holes for secure sample mounting and 15° tilt capability for IPX2 testing compliance.
  • Control Unit: Integrated touch screen and PLC system for precise test control. Pre-loaded with IPX1 and IPX2 test programs for immediate operation, plus customizable test condition settings for specialized requirements.
  • Adjustable Design: Height-adjustable drip box accommodates samples of varying heights. Mobile test frame with 4-wheel configuration enables flexible on-site deployment and effortless repositioning.
